The Pender Harbour Blues Festival is an annual event held at various venues in the Pender area - this year at the Garden Bay Pub and Marina in Garden Bay. The three day event offered three main events - Russell Marsland on Friday evening, Joani Bye on Saturday evening, a jam session with Russell and Joani and other guests and Tim Hearsey on Sunday afternoon.
